Maturity Assessment
Practice Automation Patient Station
You will learn about the benefits of using both automated group seminars and individual patient stations to improve patient care and satisfaction, and how to set up and optimize patient stations.
Processing new patients can be done in multiple ways, and in this training, we will focus on two of them, which are automated group seminars and individual patient stations.
By hosting automated seminars during office hours, healthcare providers can simultaneously educate and interact with a large group of patients in a separate room. At the same time, individual patient stations offer a more personal and direct approach that allows for one-on-one interaction with each patient.
While these methods may seem different, they complement each other well and can be used together to enhance the overall patient experience.
During the training, you will learn about the advantages of these methods and how they can improve patient care and satisfaction. Additionally, the training will cover how to set up a patient station, including best practices, usage, optimal location, and more.
