Practice Automation Patient Station
You will learn about the benefits of using both automated group seminars and individual patient stations to improve patient care and satisfaction, and how to set up and optimize patient stations.
There are multiple ways to process your new patients, and this training covers two effective methods: automated group seminars and individual patient stations.
Automated seminars are conducted during office hours in a separate room, where healthcare providers can educate and engage with multiple patients simultaneously. In contrast, individual patient stations provide a more personalized approach with one-on-one interaction. By combining these methods, healthcare providers can enhance the overall patient experience.
In this training we will cover the advantages of these methods, how they can improve patient care and satisfaction, and best practices for setting up patient stations, including location and usage. We will also provide a visual example of what this station can look like available for download below.
