Performance Review
You will learn how to hold a successful one-on-one Performance Review and the key aspects that need to be addressed during the Performance Review.
A Performance Review is a process in which an employee's job performance is evaluated by their manager or supervisor. It provides a mechanism for setting performance expectations, providing constructive feedback, and discussing employee development and career progression.
Just as we keep track of our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), we must also track the performance of our employees to ensure they are fulfilling their individual responsibilities and achieving their individual KPIs.
To do this, you will meet with each employee at least once per quarter, after the quarter is finished, to review their performance using this Performance Review sheet. The employee will self-evaluate their performance, you will provide your own evaluation, identify any KPIs that may be off track, and create action steps to improve them. Additionally, the review will provide an opportunity for you and your employee to assess their alignment with the culture and values of your practice.
Overall, it is an important tool for measuring and improving the overall performance of an organization.
