Maturity Assessment
Patient Automation Station
You will learn about the benefits of using both automated group seminars and individual patient stations to improve patient care and satisfaction, and how to set up and optimize patient stations.
We will cover two different approaches for processing new patients in this training: automated group seminars and individual patient stations.
Automated group seminars, held during office hours, provide an opportunity for healthcare providers to educate and engage with a large group of patients in a dedicated room. This allows for simultaneous interaction and learning. On the other hand, individual patient stations offer a more personalized and direct approach, enabling one-on-one interaction with each patient.
Although these methods may appear distinct, they complement each other effectively and can be used in conjunction to enhance the overall experience for patients.
During the training, you will learn about the advantages of these methods and how they can improve patient care and satisfaction. Additionally, the training will cover how to set up and optimize a patient station, including best practices, usage, optimal location, and more.
