Neuropathy Maintenance Plan

You will learn about the importance of implementing a maintenance care plan for neuropathy patients, including when to address it, when to conduct a re-evaluation, and strategies for incorporating maintenance care into their treatment plan.

After completing the neuropathy program of care, it is essential to implement a maintenance care plan, which can be addressed either at the beginning or end of their care. At the end of the initial 90-day period, a re-evaluation should be conducted to determine the patient's progress and the next steps for their care, as outlined during Day 2 when setting expectations for the patient's long-term needs.
