Neuropathy Program of Care is a treatment plan designed to help individuals manage the symptoms of neuropathy, that will cover Home and In-Clinic Protocols, Nutritional Support Protocols, Online Education Protocols, the purpose of each one of the protocols, and the cost.

The purpose of the various protocols is to provide a comprehensive approach to managing neuropathy symptoms, with the ultimate goal of improving an individual's quality of life. The program is typically tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual and may be adjusted as necessary based on their response to treatment.

In this training, you will have the opportunity to review an example of the Neuropathy Program of Care and learn about the various components of the program. Additionally, you will be able to download an editable Neuropathy Plan of Care document that can be customized to meet the needs of your patients and add your own logo to the document allowing you to make the plan of care your own and personalize it for your patients.
