MAP Internal Guide Overview
You will learn how MAP is implemented inside your clinic to create a consistent, clinician-directed approach to patient home movement between visits.
For MAP to work effectively, your patients need clear direction at home, and your team needs a consistent process for supporting them. Establishing that structure helps connect the care you provide in the clinic with the movement and daily activities patients are working toward outside of it.
In this training, you’ll receive an internal overview of how MAP works from the clinic’s perspective. The video walks through the overall framework, how clinicians select and individualize a patient’s plan, how your team teaches and reinforces it, and how progress is monitored over time. You’ll also learn how the different MAP pathways and functional goals fit within the system while keeping clinical decisions in the hands of the treating clinician.
By watching this training, you and your team will better understand your roles within MAP and how to deliver the program consistently from the initial prescription through follow-up and progression.
