Goals Transformation Strategy (GTS)
You will learn how to set and achieve your goals, including the necessary actions to take, the starting point, and important factors to keep in mind throughout the process.
A Goal Transformation Strategy (GTS) is a method or framework used to help individuals and organizations set and achieve their goals. It's a process of identifying and overcoming obstacles and mental roadblocks that might prevent you from reaching your desired outcome.
The GTS Sheet is a CEO Tool we created for you to help you achieve your goals by identifying obstacles and mental roadblocks. The process includes:
- setting a goal
- identifying the desired impact
- recognizing obstacles and mental roadblocks
- prioritizing actions to overcome these obstacles and roadblocks
- implementing these actions to move closer to the goal
It can be used in both personal and professional settings to help you accomplish your goals and make the biggest impact. By prioritizing the most important actions, you can overcome the obstacles and mental roadblocks that are holding you back, and make progress towards achieving your goal.
