Exam Strategy: Pain, Palpation, Posture, Range Of Motion, Myovision
You will discover how to develop an effective exam strategy, learn the importance of connecting clinical findings to patient symptoms, and articulate these connections easily.
In this training segment, we will cover an essential aspect often overlooked in patient interactions. While it is common practice to inform patients about the outcomes of tests and evaluations, such as pain checks, posture assessments, range of motion examinations, palpation, and Myovision scan, we often forget to go the extra mile and explain how these findings directly impact their symptoms and well-being. Establishing connections between the two is crucial.
The Quality of Life Survey is a valuable tool for gathering essential patient information, including treatment history, reasons for seeking treatment, and motivating factors, allowing you to establish a connection, understand their motivations, and promote positive changes.
We will guide you in developing an effective exam strategy that effectively communicates these connections. Our goal is to equip you with the necessary skills to articulate to patients how their symptoms can be linked to the results of the various tests you conduct to evaluate their condition, making it very easy for you to go through the report of finding and making X-ray review just a formality.
