Establishing 90-Day Pillars

You will learn how to establish, monitor, and adjust your 90-Day Pillars, in order to accomplish the 1-year vision and 3-year vision.

90-Day Pillars are quarterly goals that are set by an organization or team. They are often established to work towards achieving the long-term vision of the organization.

90-Day Pillars are going to be a living and breathing term within business as you set your short-term and long-term goals.

These pillars are simply your quarterly goals that you and your team set together. Every team member will have their own 90-day pillars to achieve, as well as shared team pillars. During the Weekly Level Up Meeting, you will report on the progress of these pillars and determine if they are on track or off track. If they are off track, the team will work together to identify obstacles and create an action plan using the Goal Transformation Strategy (GTS) sheet to overcome them and get the pillar back on track. Every quarter, new 90-day pillars will be established to work towards achieving the 1-year and 3-year visions set by the team.
