Daily Stand Up
You will learn about the structure of the Daily Stand Up Meeting and what is required to hold a successful meeting.
A Daily Stand Up Meeting should last approximately 15 minutes and take place before the start of the workday, ideally in the morning.
Daily Stand Up Meeting is important for a number of reasons. It can help to:
- keep team members informed about what's happening within the team and organization
- facilitate communication and collaboration among team members
- identify and resolve issues or obstacles that may be preventing progress
- ensure that team members are aware of their priorities and are on track to meet their goals
- improve accountability and ownership among team members
- help to build a sense of shared purpose and unity among team members
