Coaching with Playbooks
You will discover how to use the CEO Tools Playbooks and supporting BPA tools to identify your biggest constraint, create a focused plan, and work through one improvement at a time with your BPA Coach.
Every practice has opportunities to improve, but trying to work on everything at once often creates overwhelm and slows progress. One of the biggest challenges practice owners face is knowing where to start and what to focus on next. The CEO Tools Playbooks were developed to remove the guesswork by helping you identify the highest-impact opportunity and providing a structured path to improve it.

Step 1: Identify Your Primary Constraint
The process begins with the BPA Constraint Diagnostic App. This assessment evaluates the different areas of your practice and identifies the one constraint that is currently limiting your growth the most. Rather than making assumptions, the diagnostic helps create a clear starting point for your next coaching sprint.
Your BPA Coach may ask you to complete the diagnostic before your coaching call, or you may complete it together during your session.
Step 2: Review Your Recommended Playbook
Once your primary constraint has been identified, you'll be directed to the corresponding CEO Tools Playbook. Each playbook focuses on a specific area of the business, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Team, and Standard of Care.
Rather than trying to improve multiple areas at once, you'll focus on installing one playbook until the systems and processes are working consistently before moving on to the next priority.
Step 3: Work Through the Playbook with Your Coach
Your coach will guide you through implementing the playbook during your coaching calls. Each coaching sprint is designed around one primary objective, helping you stay focused and avoid competing priorities.
As improvements are implemented, your coach will help monitor progress and determine when it's time to move to the next playbook.
Step 4: Utilize Supporting BPA Tools
Many playbooks are supported by additional BPA tools designed to simplify implementation and provide greater visibility into your practice. These resources include AI-powered applications, dashboards, calculators, and other tools that help you make informed decisions and track progress throughout your coaching journey.
