Annual Meeting
You will learn about the structure of the Annual Meeting and the key aspects to making it the most productive.
The Annual Meeting meeting is similar in agenda to the Quarterly meeting, but it focuses more on strategy. During this meeting, the previous annual plan is evaluated, current circumstances are examined, and a new long-term strategic plan is developed to set the company apart over the next three years.
The meeting should last around two days. Attendees should be ready to discuss their results, key performance indicators, achievements, 90-day Pillar updates, and their priorities for the coming year.
